Kings Real Estate is a leading independent estate agency based in Leicester. As part of their ongoing expansion, they approached Trident for a new website to help raise the profile of the business.
The Background
Kings came to Trident with a brief that they wanted their website to be more than just a brochure for their website. It needed to actively sell their business and work harder as a tool for them to convert leads and sales for their clientele.
The Website
The website needed to showcase their properties live as they are given instructions, we achieved this by linking the properties from their property management software and displaying the properties in real-time. The website was designed with the user in mind – ensuring that they can find whatever property they are looking for within the catchment area.
Auctions
In addition, Kings wanted to expand their offering via auction properties – where clients can bid and purchase live on the website.
